We would like to give kudos and many thanks to Rick Tran. We were out-of-state clients looking for a retirement home. We had been working with another real estate company for about 7 months with many disappointments and limited results. We explained our frustration to Rick and he seemed to understand and went out of his way to ensure that our expectations were met. During our visit to Nevada Rick must have showned us over 25 homes. Once we returned to Virginia, Rick went on to visit numerous homes that we has interest in based on new listings and provided us with details and additional digital photos. Sometimes he would even return to the homes and take additional photos to satisfy our needs and questions. The home that we eventually closed on had over 100 photos personally taken by Rick. Rick walked though 4 counter offers and every step along the closing and financing process. Due to our geographic location, Rick also coordinated our inspections, unofficial walk-thru, utility transfers, rekeying and he even stopped by the home to measure the kitchen opening for the refrigerator so that we could order one for delivery with assurance that it would fit. Rick goes the extra mile and is an excellent example of what out-of-town buyers are looking for in a real estate agent. Good job Windermere in addressing a noticeable void in the real estate business when working with remote clients.
